Tatman Hardware products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material, function, workmanship and finish at the time of purchase. Tatman Hardware offers a LIFETIME MECHANICAL AND 3 FINISH WARRANTY to all products as long the original purchaser occupies the same residential premises where Tatman Hardware products were originally installed and used. In the event that any defect that is covered by this warranty may occur, Tatman Hardware will replace free of charge any defective product with a product that has the same model number, finish, and function as shown on the original purchase receipt.

Tatman Hardware limited warranty DOES NOT COVER the following:

1. Defects or damages originated from shipping, storage, improper installation, alterations, and misuses.
2. Installation and use in any commercial and outside applications.
3. Lack of proper maintenance or use of other than genuine Tatman Hardware replacement parts during any repair performed by outside help, hired contractors, maintenance company or the property owners.
4. Lack of proper cleaning and use of any harsh chemicals, and/or abrasives.
5. Tatman Hardware does not cover any shipping cost of returned products. Nor, cost of any labor, services or any additional cost that may be incurred during product removal and re-installation process.
6. Any fee or fine due to non-compliance with local code requirements.
7. Liability for any consequential, indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages or any nature originated from the sale or use of Tatman Hardware products. If you reside in a state that does not allow the exclusions or limitations, the above exclusions may not be applicable to you.
